    At Macbease, our mission is to provide a platform where clubs, communities, and event organizers can seamlessly connect with their audience, promote events, and create memorable experiences. We are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our users. However, it's essential to understand that Macbease does not take responsibility for any mismanagement, issues, or incidents that may occur during events organized by clubs, communities, or event organizers using our platform.

  • 7.1 Event Organizers and Club & Community Responsibility

    • Macbease is a platform that allows clubs, communities, and event organizers to list and promote their events. While we provide the tools and technology to facilitate event management and ticket sales, we do not have direct control over the execution of these events. Therefore, it is crucial for event organizers, clubs, and communities to take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and management of their events.

  • 7.2 Verification of Event Organizers and Clubs/Communities

    • We strongly encourage all users of the Macbease platform, including attendees, to exercise due diligence when participating in events. We recommend verifying the credibility and reputation of event organizers, clubs, and communities before purchasing tickets or committing to attending any event. We do not conduct background checks or verification of event organizers or their affiliated clubs/communities, and thus cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation or misconduct on their part.

  • 7.3 Code of Conduct for Event Participants

    • Event attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that fosters a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere. While we strive to maintain a positive environment on the platform, Macbease does not assume responsibility for any issues that may arise during an event, including disputes between event participants, misconduct, or any harm caused during the event.

  • 7.4 Disclaimer of Liability

    • In no event shall Macbease, its directors, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with events organized by clubs, communities, or event organizers on the Macbease platform. Users participate in these events at their own risk and responsibility.

  • 7.5 Event Cancellations and Refunds

    • In case of event cancellations, Macbease will not be held liable for any refunds or compensation. It is the responsibility of the event organizer, club, or community to handle all matters related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
